Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials were called to a Corinth residence on Antone Mountain Road for a disturbance at around 3 a.m. Wednesday, March 12.
An investigation found that Louis Hart, 34, intentionally set fire to the home knowing another person was inside, deputies said. There were no reports of injuries.
He also intentionally damaged another person’s property to the tune of $250, according to investigators.
Hart, of Corinth, was arrested on suspicion of arson in the second degree and criminal mischief, both felonies. He was arraigned in the Corinth Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County jail.
